Who are we?
S.I.L.C.A. S.p.a. S.I.L.C.A. Spa arose in the late 1960s, from the union of the experience gained by the founders in previous years. The company’s plant, in Saronno, takes up an area of approximately 18,500 square meters, 7000 of which are indoor and authorized by the European Union with the identification IT 277/L, meat products manufacturing.
Starting with the early manufacturing and trade of bovine by-products, the company developed, during the years, an ability to adjust to the continuous new needs imposed by the market, taking advantage of its knowledge of the products in their countries of origin and the distribution skills of its logistics network. Today the products, identified by the “penguin” and “Royal Beef” brands, are distributed in Italy and Europe.
This evolution has also allowed S.I.L.C.A. S.p.A. to carry out an ambitious project to export Italian food products to China, through the establishment of a partnership with the Italian-Chinese Laowaicang joint venture.
S.I.L.C.A. S.p.A. is able to promptly reach all clients, supplying them with meats and meat products of all kinds, of the demanded quality and quantity and in reasonable time. This allows the clients to rely on products of renowned quality, available in short time and thus reducing to the bare minimum the warehouse stocks.
Tripe
Was born as a poor food the popular tradition and the Middle Ages, it was embellished.
Tripe is lean, rich in protein and nutrients. It is characterized by a delicate taste, taking on the flavor of the ingredients with which it is cooked.
